We believe that teachers are the key persons in bringing our transformative learning experiences to life. Hence, we endeavour to continously help our teachers optimise their potential.
Our teachers share our love for learning and help us achieve our vision. We want them to never stop learning and accumulating new experiences. Hence, their continous learning and professional upskilling remains a key focus point around the year. While all our teachers are professionally qualified and suitably experienced, we endeavour to coach, mentor and support our teachers, just as we support our children—to help them realise their potential.
Our approach to teacher training combines different formats such as classroom workshops, online training, self-learning, along with classroom observations of teaching practice followed with coaching by a mentor.
We engage in over 150 hours of training and reflection annually. Our modules and formats change from time to time, depending on programmatic needs.
Our training sessions work as testing grounds for teachers to design, test and reflect on their pedagogy and practices in an attempt to enhance classroom learning for each child. All our teachers practice lifelong learning for children to emulate.
