All families considering admission to Healthy Planet are strongly encouraged to visit the school. These can be booked online or through the front desk.
A typical visit consists of a talk with a member of the admission staff, a tour of the campus with a teacher or wing head, and a family conference at which the staff member answers questions about the school, to convey a sense of how Healthy Planet will fit into their school search.
Students can choose between CBSE and Cambridge curriculum in grade One. Parents of students enrolled at Healthy Planet in KG are invited to an orientation regarding the curriculums in the month of July of the previous year and make a choice.
All vehicles used for student transport are owned and run by Healthy Planet School directly and always have a female attendant on board. They are fitted with CCTV cameras, GPS and all safety parameters required specifically for school buses. All staff on the buses are employees of Healthy Planet School. We don’t have any contract buses.
We have two types of transports:
Traveller: They provide home pick and drop.
Buses: They pick and drop students from bus-stops nearby.
From Grade 6, students also learn German. It is compulsory for three years and in Grade 9, students choose between Hindi and German for the Grade 10 board examination.
Special intensive support classes are held for them so that they learn the basics quickly and access the Grade 7 course confidently.
From playgroup to grade 2, we maintain 2 teachers in every classroom with helpers whenever needed. The teacher/student ratio is:
1:4 in Playgroup
1:8 in Pre-Nursery
1:14 in Nursery and KG
From Grade 1 a student gets a choice between CBSE and Cambridge Board with varying ratios. In Cambridge the class size never goes above 26 while in CBSE it does not exceed 38.
